When will my order ship?
Physical orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.
I didn't receive a tracking email — what should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend the tracking info within 1 business day.
My tracking shows no updates — is my package stuck?
Carrier scans can sometimes lag 24–48 hours after initial shipment. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before the order ships. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and new address.
